Terms of use
Updated October 30, 2026
These terms describe your use of the ThatsMyQuant interview preparation service, provided under the name ThatsMyQuant. Please read them before creating an account or buying access. Contact support if something is unclear.
What the service provides
ThatsMyQuant provides practice problems, hints, worked solutions, concept guides, and practice tools. The first 60 problems are free. Paid plans provide access to the current full library and tools for the period shown at checkout. This is educational practice; we do not promise interview results, employment, investment outcomes, or error-free content. Firm labels describe problem context and do not imply a firm’s endorsement or guarantee that a question will appear in an interview.
Your account and use
Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service for your own learning. Do not share paid account access, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or copy and redistribute the paid library. You keep ownership of the notes and other material you submit; you allow us to store and process it to provide the service.
Plans, payment, and delivery
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Quarterly access is $29.95 for three months; yearly access is $49.45 for 12 months; lifetime access is $124.95 for the lifetime of this service. Each is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Any applicable additional charge will be shown before payment. Access begins when Stripe confirms successful payment. Payment confirmation can take longer for delayed payment methods.
Buying another time-limited plan starts a new period on its purchase date; it does not extend a previous plan’s end date. Lifetime access does not guarantee that the service will operate indefinitely or include separate future products. Your account and saved practice remain available under the free plan when a time-limited paid period ends. See the refund policy for refund requests and access after a refund.
Content and third-party services
Site content and branding belong to their respective owners. The Big Short clip is embedded through YouTube and credited to the film; its inclusion is a cultural reference. ThatsMyQuant is independent and is not sponsored by or affiliated with the film, its creators, or any firm named in the practice library. Third-party sign-in, payment, and video services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and problems
We may maintain or update the service and correct errors. Please report a problem with a question, purchase, or account through support. If a material service problem prevents you from using purchased access, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, or attempts to compromise the service.
Your rights and changes
Nothing here takes away rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow to be waived. We will post changes with an updated date and provide notice of material changes affecting existing purchases. Your personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
